• Enter your account detailsType the username or email linked to the account, then enter your password.

• Select ContinueAfter the details are correct, select Continue to open the User Console.

• If you cannot sign inSelect Forgot password to reset it by email.

New to Heino? Register first. Choose the username you will use to sign in, enter an email you can access, and select Send Code. Enter the 6-digit code from that inbox, set a password of at least 8 characters, and select Create Account. You must be at least 18 to create an account. After registering, return to the sign-in screen and sign in.

• Enter your usernameChoose the username you will use to sign in to Heino.

• Verify your emailEnter an email you can access, select Send Code, then enter the 6-digit code from that inbox.

• Set a passwordUse at least 8 characters and enter it twice to confirm.

• Select Create AccountConfirm the 18+ notice and select Create Account, then return to the sign-in screen and sign in.

2FA is strongly recommended. Open Security and select Set Up 2FA. Scan the QR code in a trusted authenticator app, enter the current 6-digit code, then select Activate. From then on, signing in requires both your password and a fresh code.

• Open the 2FA setupOpen Security, select Set Up 2FA, and confirm your current password.

• Add Heino to your authenticatorScan the QR code in an authenticator app or enter the displayed setup key manually.

• Enter the 6-digit codeType the current code generated by the authenticator, then select Activate.

• Store the backup codesSave the one-time backup codes in a secure offline location before closing the setup.

Before changing anything, confirm the Account name and Session time in the summary cards. Then use Common actions to open time management, licenses, or devices.

• Check the signed-in accountRead the Account card and make sure it shows the account you intend to use.

• Check the sessionRead the Session card. Sign in again if the displayed session has expired.

• Choose a common actionSelect Manage Time, Licenses, or Devices to open that section.

Open Time Management from the overview or the bottom navigation. To redeem a card, enter the card key, select Preview Card, check the product and entitlement, then select Redeem. The current time-transfer interface instead asks you to select an eligible project and enter a recipient email. It then opens a confirmation dialog where you re-enter the email and explicitly confirm the selected project. This flow is for interface review only: the endpoint is not configured and nothing is submitted.

• Open Time ManagementSelect Manage Time from Overview or Time from the bottom navigation.

• Preview the cardEnter the card key and select Preview Card. This displays its details without redeeming it.

• Redeem the cardCheck the product, entitlement, duration or points, and current account, then select Redeem.

• Select a project and recipient emailChoose an eligible project, enter the recipient email, then select Transfer to open the confirmation dialog.

• Complete the second confirmationRe-enter the same recipient email and explicitly confirm the selected project. The dialog also shows the project and its remaining time for review.

• Understand the current limitationSelecting Confirm Transfer only shows that the endpoint is not configured. No request is sent and no time is moved; do not treat the confirmation screen as proof of a transfer.

After redeeming a card, open Licenses and select Refresh. Find the product you redeemed, then check its Active status, expiry or Unlimited label, point balance, and Current marker. Review the bound device on the license before removing a binding.

• Open LicensesSelect Licenses from Overview or the bottom navigation, then select Refresh.

• Find the productLocate the product that was redeemed or that you want to inspect.

• Check its status and entitlementConfirm Active or Expired, the expiry or Unlimited label, available points, and the Current marker.

• Review a device before unbinding itIn Licenses, select only the intended binding and read any point, time, or session cost before confirming.

Open Security and confirm that Authenticator App says Enabled. Use a unique password. If you change it, existing sessions are signed out; sign in again with the new password and a fresh 2FA code.

• Open SecuritySelect Security from the bottom navigation to review the account controls.

• Check the protection statusAuthenticator App should show Enabled.

• Change the password if neededEnter the current password, enter the new password twice, then select Change.

• Sign in again after a password changeExisting sessions will be signed out. Use the new password and a fresh 2FA code to return.

• 填写账号信息输入账号绑定的用户名或邮箱，然后填写密码。

• 点击「进入账号中心」确认信息填写正确后，点击按钮打开用户中心。

• 如果无法登录点击「忘记密码」通过邮箱重置密码。

首次使用 Heino：先注册账号。填写想用的用户名、可以正常收信的绑定邮箱和密码，点击「发送验证码」，再把邮箱里收到的 6 位验证码填进来，最后点击「创建账号」。注册需年满 18 周岁。注册成功后回到登录页登录即可。

• 填写用户名选择之后用来登录 Heino 的用户名。

• 验证绑定邮箱填写可以正常收信的邮箱，点击「发送验证码」，再把邮箱收到的 6 位验证码填进来。

• 设置密码密码至少 8 位，需要在两栏中输入两次确认。

• 点击「创建账号」确认 18 周岁提示后点击「创建账号」，然后回到登录页登录。

强烈建议开启 2FA。进入「账号安全」并点击「设置 2FA」，使用可信身份验证器扫描二维码，填写当前 6 位动态码，再点击「启用」。以后登录时必须同时提供密码和新的动态码。

• 打开 2FA 设置进入「账号安全」，点击「设置 2FA」，并确认当前账号密码。

• 把 Heino 添加到身份验证器使用身份验证器扫描二维码，也可以手动输入页面显示的设置密钥。

• 填写 6 位动态码输入身份验证器当前生成的动态码，然后点击「启用」。

• 保存备用码关闭设置前，把一次性备用码保存在安全的离线位置。

操作账号前，先在信息卡中核对「账号」和「会话到期时间」。然后从「常用操作」进入时长管理、我的授权或设备解绑。

• 核对当前登录账号查看「账号」信息卡，确认这是你要操作的账号。

• 核对登录会话查看「会话」信息卡；如果会话已经过期，请重新登录。

• 选择常用操作点击「时长管理」「我的授权」或「设备解绑」进入对应功能。

打开「时长管理」。兑换卡密：填写卡密，点击「预览卡密」，核对产品和权益，再点击「兑换」。当前时长转移界面会要求选择可转移项目并填写收件邮箱，然后打开二次确认弹窗，再填一次邮箱并确认所选项目。这套流程目前只能看界面：接口尚未配置，不会实际提交。

• 打开时长管理在账号概览点击「时长管理」，或点击底部导航中的「时长管理」。

• 预览卡密填写卡密并点击「预览卡密」。预览只显示卡密信息，不会立即兑换。

• 兑换卡密核对产品、权益、天数或点数和当前账号，然后点击「兑换」。

• 选择项目并填写收件邮箱选择符合条件的项目，填写收件邮箱，再点击「转移」打开确认弹窗。

• 完成二次确认再次输入相同的收件邮箱，并明确确认所选项目。弹窗会同时显示项目及其剩余时长，方便你核对。

• 了解当前限制点击「确认转移」只会提示接口尚未配置，不会发送请求，也不会转移时长；请勿把确认页面视为转移成功凭证。

卡密兑换后，打开「我的授权」并点击「刷新」。找到刚兑换的产品，核对「启用」状态、到期时间或「未限制」、点数余额和「当前登录」标记。需要解绑时，先在授权记录里核对该绑定设备。

• 打开「我的授权」从账号概览或底部导航进入「我的授权」，然后点击「刷新」。

• 找到对应产品找到刚刚兑换的产品，或需要检查的授权记录。

• 核对状态和权益确认「启用」或「已过期」、到期时间或「未限制」、点数余额和「当前登录」标记。

• 解绑前检查设备在授权记录里只选择目标设备，并在确认前阅读扣点、扣时或会话下线影响。

打开「账号安全」，确认身份验证器显示「已启用」。密码应只用于 Heino。如果修改密码，已有会话会退出；之后请使用新密码和新的 2FA 动态码重新登录。

• 打开「账号安全」点击底部导航中的「账号安全」，查看账号保护设置。

• 检查保护状态身份验证器应显示「已启用」。

• 需要时修改密码依次填写当前密码、新密码和确认密码，然后点击「修改」。

• 修改后重新登录已有会话会被退出。请使用新密码和新的 2FA 动态码重新登录。
